No win no fee

We may be able to claim compensation for you. Our service is no win, no fee which means if your claim is unsuccessful and you do not receive an award then we will not make a charge. If your claim is successful and you do receive a compensation award then we will agree to a share of your compensation as payment of our costs. Unfortunately the CICA do not pay your legal fees.
